Charlotte’s personal experience of yoga’s transformative and healing power for body, mind, and spirit led her to want to share the gift of yoga with others. She received her college level Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2016. She enriches her student’s experience by weaving mindfulness, breath work, positive affirmations, and alignment into her classes.

Charlotte reminds students that practiced regularly, yoga can teach us how to quiet the mind, relieve anxiety, and cope with everyday stress. Over time, it transforms the body, building stronger muscles while improving flexibility, balance, and joint mobility. Charlotte leads a joyful, safe, and compassionate practice to empower an individual’s journey of overall well-being, renewed spirit, and personal growth.

Charlotte’s classes include seated, standing, and supine postures and are connected with breath to create a gentle flow. Hatha yoga helps to increase flexibility, strength, clarity, and balance. The practice also helps support circulation and brings balance to glandular functions. Often included in class are breathing techniques and meditation to help decrease stress, achieve relaxation and improve focus. Most students of Yoga notice an increase in vitality and an overall sense of well-being. This class welcomes both new and experienced students. Modifications are given for beginners and also for those who enjoy a moderately challenging class. Charlotte received her college-level Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2016.
