Freedom Wellness Center is a fully equipped Yoga and Pilates studio offering a full range of yoga practices — power, hot, beginners, all levels, gentle, yin, restorative, aerial and Pilates mat and reformer.

Our caring, knowledgeable staff has taught all age groups and fitness levels, and is ready to guide you on a journey to a healthier future. Membership is not required — all of our Yoga classes can be purchased individually or via affordable class packages. However, we invite you to subscribe for unlimited access to our classes.
Freedom Basic Membership provides unlimited yoga for one low monthly price. In addition, Freedom Basic members receive discounts on workshops and our Boutique.
Freedom Premium Membership provides unlimited yoga for one low monthly price. In addition, Freedom Premium members receive all of the benefits of Freedom basic plus access to Hot Yoga & Aerial Yoga.
